1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Axis application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Axis is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The App is an informational tool designed to help you track and visualize your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) data. The pharmacokinetic estimates and other information provided are for educational and tracking purposes only.

You must:

Consult with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your TRT protocol
Never adjust medication dosage based solely on estimates from this App
Use proper laboratory testing to determine actual hormone levels
Understand that individual metabolism varies significantly

3. Intended Use

Axis is intended for:

Logging injection dates, doses, and compounds
Tracking symptoms over time
Visualizing estimated serum levels based on pharmacokinetic models
Recording lab results for personal reference

The App is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring the accuracy of data you enter
Maintaining backups of your data through the export feature
Using the App in accordance with applicable laws
Not using the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Data and Privacy

All data you enter in Axis is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal or health information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
The pharmacokinetic estimates will accurately reflect your individual response
Any errors in the App will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any health outcomes related to decisions made based on information from the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Beta Program

During the beta testing period, the App is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, or issues. By participating in the beta program, you acknowledge and agree that:

The App is pre-release software and may not function as expected
Features may change, be added, or be removed before final release
Data loss is possible, though unlikely — we recommend regular exports
You will provide feedback when possible to help improve the App
There is no guarantee of support response times during beta
The beta period will end when the App is publicly released

Beta testers who provide valuable feedback may receive benefits such as extended free access or discounts on future paid features, at our discretion.
