How accurate are the testosterone level estimates?
The estimates are based on published pharmacokinetic models using population averages. Individual response can vary significantly based on genetics, body composition, injection technique, and other factors. Always verify with actual blood tests.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is stored locally on your device. We never transmit or have access to your health information. If you uninstall the app, your data will be deleted.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings > Export Data to download your injection history, symptom logs, and lab results as CSV files. We recommend doing this regularly.
Can I use Axis for other hormones?
Currently, Axis only supports testosterone esters (Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, and Undecanoate). Support for other compounds may be added in future updates.
How do I report a bug?
Please email us at support@axisprotocol.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful!
How do I provide feedback during the beta?
You can email us at support@axisprotocol.app, use the in-app feedback option in Settings, or shake your device to report via TestFlight. Screenshots and specific steps to reproduce issues are very helpful!
Will my data transfer from beta to the final release?
Yes, all data is stored locally on your device and will persist through app updates. We recommend using the Export feature in Settings periodically as a backup.
How can I validate the PK estimates against my labs?
Go to Labs in the app and enter a lab result with the exact draw date and time. Axis will show you the predicted vs actual comparison. We'd love to hear about your results — email us at support@axisprotocol.app!
What compounds are supported in the beta?
Currently: Testosterone Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, and Undecanoate. HCG and Anastrozole support is coming in a future update.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Please report it! You can shake your device to bring up TestFlight's feedback form, or email support@axisprotocol.app with details about what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce.
Is the beta free?
Yes, the beta is completely free. We're focused on validating the app and gathering feedback before public launch.
