The #1 app to track your TRT protocol
See your levels between blood draws.
Axis uses pharmacokinetic modeling to estimate your testosterone levels in real-time. Log injections in seconds, track symptoms, and see how your protocol actually performs.
Free · No account needed · All data stays on device
Everything you need to understand your protocol.
Axis was built for TRT patients who want to see what happens between blood draws. Real pharmacokinetics, not guesswork.
Built for patients who want to understand their protocol.
Every feature is designed around real TRT workflows — from injection day to lab day and everything in between.
Multi-compound protocols
Testosterone esters, HCG, anastrozole, SERMs — manage your full stack in one place.
Lab calibration
Enter bloodwork results and Axis adjusts your PK model to match your actual metabolism.
Blend support
Sustanon, custom blends, and multi-ester compounds modeled with individual ester kinetics.
Privacy-first
All data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking. Your protocol is yours alone.
Protocol history
Track changes over time. Compare how different protocols affected your levels and symptoms.
Explore mode

How accurate are the estimated levels?
The estimation engine is grounded in peer-reviewed pharmacokinetic research with ester-specific parameters derived from clinical literature. Without calibration, estimates reflect population-based averages. After entering bloodwork, the model adapts to your individual metabolism — many users report estimates within 5–15% of their actual labs.
Is this a medical device?
No. Axis is an informational tracking tool, not a medical device. It provides estimates for educational purposes only. Always consult your prescribing physician before making any changes to your TRT protocol.
What compounds does Axis support?
All major testosterone esters — Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Undecanoate, and more — plus multi-ester blends like Sustanon 250. Ancillaries too: HCG, anastrozole, enclomiphene, and other AIs/SERMs.
Where is my data stored?
All data stays on your device in a local SQLite database. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics. We never see your protocol, labs, or symptoms. Period.
Does Axis work for female TRT?
Yes. The PK models are compound-based and support the lower doses common in female TRT protocols. You can enter any dose and frequency.
What is "lab calibration"?
When you enter a bloodwork result (e.g., Total T at a known time after injection), Axis adjusts internal model parameters to match your individual response. This makes all future estimates more accurate for your specific metabolism.
Is Axis free?
Axis is completely free. We may add premium features in the future, but core tracking and PK modeling will always be available.
What does the PK model account for?
The engine is built on published pharmacokinetic research for each testosterone ester. It accounts for compound-specific kinetics, injection route, dose stacking from overlapping injections, and individual calibration from your lab results — all running locally on your device.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your injection history, symptom logs, and lab results as a PDF report — useful for sharing with your doctor or keeping records.
