Built for TRT and HRT patients
See your levels between blood draws.
Axis uses pharmacokinetic modeling to estimate your testosterone levels between labs. Log injections in seconds, track symptoms, and follow your estimated response to your prescribed protocol. Also supports female HRT with estradiol and multi-compound protocols.
Free core tracking · No account needed · Health data stored on your device

Everything you need to understand your protocol.
Axis was built for TRT patients who want to see what happens between blood draws — estimated levels from published pharmacokinetic models, calibrated with your own lab results.
Built for patients who want to understand their protocol.
Every feature is designed around real therapy workflows — from injection day to lab day and everything in between.
Multi-compound protocols
Testosterone esters, HCG, anastrozole, SERMs — manage your full stack in one place. Also supports estradiol and progesterone for female HRT.
Lab calibration
Enter bloodwork results and Axis adjusts your model to match your actual metabolism. Estimates improve with every lab.
Male & female support
Sex-aware reference ranges, dose presets, and compound selections. Full support for both testosterone replacement and female hormone therapy.
Privacy-first
Your health data is stored locally on your device — no accounts, no cloud sync. Optional AI features and anonymous analytics are clearly disclosed and under your control.
Protocol history
Track changes over time. Compare how different protocols affected your levels and symptoms.
Explore mode
Simulate "what-if" scenarios — try different esters, doses, and frequencies before committing.
Start understanding your protocol today.
Axis is free to use. Set up takes about 60 seconds — just enter your compound, dose, and frequency.

Frequently asked questions
If you have anything else you want to ask, reach out to us.
How accurate are the estimated levels?
Without calibration, estimates reflect population-based averages grounded in peer-reviewed research. After entering bloodwork, the model adapts to your individual metabolism — many users see estimates within 5–15% of actual labs.
Is this a medical device?
No. Axis is an informational tracking tool, not a medical device. It provides estimates for educational purposes only. Always consult your prescribing physician before making changes to your protocol.
What compounds does Axis support?
All major testosterone esters — Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Undecanoate — plus blends like Sustanon 250, topicals (gels, creams), pellets, and nasal formulations. For female HRT: estradiol (patch, gel, oral, pellet), progesterone, and ancillaries like anastrozole.
Where is my data stored?
Your health data lives in a local database on your device — there are no accounts and no cloud sync. Two optional Pro features send data off-device when you use them: Smart Scan uploads your lab report for AI extraction, and AI Insights sends therapy context to generate a personalized summary; both are processed by Axis and our AI provider and not stored by Axis after processing. Anonymous usage analytics can be turned off in Settings.
Does Axis support female HRT?
Yes. Axis includes sex-specific reference ranges, female dose presets, estradiol and progesterone compound support, menopausal status configuration, and menstrual cycle phase tracking for premenopausal users.
What is lab calibration?
When you enter bloodwork (e.g., Total T at a known time after dosing), Axis adjusts internal model parameters to match your individual response. Future estimates are then tuned to your own labs instead of population averages.
Is Axis free?
Axis core tracking and level estimation are free. Axis Pro ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) adds Smart Scan lab imports and AI insights.
What routes of administration are supported?
Intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SubQ), topical (gel, cream — including scrotal), oral, subdermal pellet implants, and nasal gel. Each route uses appropriate modeling for its absorption profile.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your injection history, symptom logs, and lab results as a PDF report or CSV — useful for sharing with your healthcare provider or keeping personal records.
